What happens to my current clients if I join?
Your clients belong to you — not your current brokerage. We will walk you through how a professional transition works and how to communicate the move to your sphere in a way that strengthens rather than disrupts those relationships.
Is there a production minimum?
We are looking for agents who are committed to growth — not agents who are just maintaining. We will discuss expectations and mutual commitments during our conversation. We invest in you and we expect you to invest in your business.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. If you have a team we would love to talk about what that looks like at Dream Maker Realty. Team structures, splits, and support are all part of the conversation.

Cloud brokerages offer flexibility and low fees in exchange for minimal support. After your initial conversation we typically move quickly. We are not looking to leave agents in limbo. If it is a mutual fit we will discuss next steps within a week of your consultation.
